All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.  Additional validation and fraud checks are carried out internally.

All UK Orders are Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 service. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours however during SALE periods please allow an extra 3-5 working days for your order to be dispatched.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all details are correct before checking out, we cannot take responsibility for any errors made by the customer. If items are undeliverable and returned to us, there will be a re delivery fee to send the item back out. If an customer chooses to leave their item in a 'safe place' and the item goes missing we cannot be held responsible, similarly in the unlikely event an item is wrongly delivered or goes missing an investigation will need to take place which can take up to 14 working days.

*All orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day
** Tax is included for all EU orders below €150 however you may still be liable to pay duty fees.
All orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday.

All International orders are sent via Royal Mail - For International orders: Allow 5-7 working days for delivery. Please note working days are Mon- Fri and exclude any bank holidays.
All orders are shipped via  Royal Mail Tracked 24hr  (this is Next Day delivery but not guaranteed next day). As we charge a standard fee of £5 for delivery there will be no compensation paid for orders not being received within the time frame. Please note during busy periods i.e Xmas deliveries can take longer than usual which is out of our control.

Returns/Exchange Policy – (Terms & Conditions)

All customers must return their items within 14 days of the delivered date. Please note we are unable to refund any shipping costs.

  • Items must be unworn, unstained and have no evidence of odors
  • Items must have all tags attached and in its original packaging
  • Returns are only eligible for full priced items, any purchases made using discount codes or during sale periods are only eligible for exchanges
  • All returns costs are payable by the customer, we advise to use a trackable service.
  • You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the product(s) while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we have the right to refuse your refund.

How to make a return/exchange?

Please read through our Return/Exchange Policy to ensure your items are eligible for a refund/exchange. Please note as our returns address is a PO BOX therefore, only selected couriers can deliver to us, we advise to use Royal Mail.

Next step

Once we have received your returned items and they have been inspected by our team, a confirmation email will be sent. Please note refunds can take up to 10 working days, if for any reason it has surpassed 10 working days and you have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected]

All exchanges will be sent via standard delivery.

Faulty/wrong item

In the unlikely event you have received the wrong or faulty items, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days. If your item is deemed as faulty or we can confirm your item has been incorrectly sent, we will refund the full amount including delivery costs. You have 14 days of receipt to send back the item.
