Terms of Return / Exchange

We must receive your return within 14 days of the delivered date. Please note we are unable to refund any shipping costs. If your item return does not comply with our returns policy, the refund will be rejected and items sent back.

  • Items must be unworn, unstained and have no evidence of odors
  • Items must have all tags attached and in its original packaging
  • Returns are only eligible for full priced items, any purchases made using discount codes or during sale periods are only eligible for exchanges or credit notes
  • If an item is not eligible for a refund, you will be issued a credit note
  • All returns costs are payable by the customer, we advise using a trackable service
  • You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the product(s) while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we have the right to refuse your refund.
How to make a return:

Please ensure you have read the returns policy above and ensure you abide by the policy to enable a swift returns process. Please kindly note if the policy is not adhered to the return will be rejected and a delivery fee will apply to send the items back to yourself. Our policy is in place to ensure we remain fair and consistent to all our customers therefore we will not accept any excuse/explanation for not abiding by the policy.

Faulty / Wrong Items:

In the unlikely event you have received the wrong or faulty items, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days. If your item is deemed as faulty or we can confirm your item has been incorrectly sent, we will refund the full amount including delivery costs. You have 14 days of receipt to send back the item.

Step 1:

Visit our returns portal at returns.siarr.co.uk

All information required for the return’s portal can be found on the invoice which came with your order.

Step 2:

Select the method of return i.e. collection or drop off – please note a printer maybe required for some services which will be outlined to you. You will then receive confirmation of your return request along with returns labels from Royal Mail.

Step 3:

Please fill out the returns form that came with your order. Make sure to complete all the fields correctly so our returns team can identify your return. Put the filled-out form and the invoice into the parcel bag along with the item you’re returning. Finally, follow the return instructions based on the service you’ve chosen.

Please note: The cost of the return request is £3, which will be deducted from your refund.

Step 4:

Once we have received your returned items and they have been inspected by our team, a confirmation email will be sent. Please note refunds can take up to 10 working days, if for any reason it has surpassed 10 working days and you have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected]

All exchanges will be sent via standard delivery.

Complete the returns form provided with your order and send it to the following address, all returns cost are payable by the customer.

Please note: Not all couriers can deliver to a PO Box therefore please check with the courier before sending the items back, if you need an alternative address please email [email protected].

All exchanges will be sent via standard delivery.

Please ensure the returns form is completed correctly to ensure a smooth returns process. If any information is missing our returns team will be unable to locate your order details resulting in a delayed refund/exchange.
