Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we’re unable to amend or cancel this in any way. This is due to the speed at which our warehouse team work to dispatch orders as quickly as possible for our customers. Similarly you are unable to add or remove products from an order.

The item will not be delivered and will be returned to ourself, once we receive the item back we will email you, there will be a re delivery fee of £5 due.

Please check your junk/spam folder as the email may be there. If no email, we ask that you wait till the money has left your account and is not still ‘pending’ you can then email our customer service team on support@siarr.co.uk who will help you confirm the status of your order.

All prices are including UK VAT. If you are ordering from outside the UK you will be liable to pay custom fees which are not included in the price of our garments.

Yes, we are based in the East end of London, you can visit us in store by booking an appointment.

All items are designed in UK and manufactured in either Europe or the Far East.

All our garments are tested through vigorous procedures to ensure the longevity of the product, each product comes with care instructions, however like all fabrics best results are provided with a handwash.
