Our Returns Policy for UK and International Orders.
Terms of Return / Exchange
We must receive your return within 14 days of the delivered date. If our returns portal is used – £3.50 will be deducted per return. If your item return does not comply with our returns policy, the refund will be rejected and items sent back subject to a re delivery fee of £5.
- Items must be unworn, unstained and have no evidence of odors
- Items must have all tags attached and in its original packaging
- Returns are only eligible for full priced items, any purchases made using discount codes/Credit notes or during sale periods are only eligible for exchanges or credit notes. If an item is not eligible for a refund, you will be issued a credit note
- All returns costs are payable by the customer, if our reutrns portal is not used, we advise using a trackable service
- You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the product(s) while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we have the right to refuse your refund.
Faulty/Wrong Items:
In the unlikely event you have received the wrong or faulty items, please contact us at support@siarr.co.uk within 7 days. If your item is deemed as faulty or we can confirm your item has been incorrectly sent, we will refund the full amount including delivery costs. You have 14 days of receipt to send back the item.

Step 1:
Visit our returns portal at returns.siarr.co.uk
All information required for the return’s portal can be found on the invoice which came with your order. We strongly recommend reading through our returns policy to ensure your item is eligible for a refund/exchange
Step 2:
Select the method of return i.e. collection or drop off – please note a printer maybe required for some services which will be outlined to you. You will then receive confirmation of your return request along with returns labels from Royal Mail.
Step 3:
Please fill out the returns form that came with your order. Make sure to complete all the fields correctly so our returns team can identify your return. Put the filled-out form and the invoice into the parcel bag along with the item you’re returning. Finally, follow the return instructions based on the service you’ve chosen.
Please note: The cost of the return request is £3, which will be deducted from your refund.
Step 4:
Once we have received your returned items and they have been inspected by our team, a confirmation email will be sent. We aim to inspect all item within 24-48 hours of receiving them. Please note refunds can take up to 10 working days, if for any reason it has surpassed 10 working days and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@siarr.co.uk
All exchanges will be sent via standard delivery.

What is your returns policy?
Following a purchase of a full priced items, we must receive your returned items within 14 days. The full policy can be found below.
How do I return an item?
If something isn’t quite right with your order, you can return your item for an exchange, refund, or credit note. Please follow the instructions below. You must remember to complete the returns form and send it back with your parcel.
Are returns free?
All UK returns made using our returns portal is charged at £3, this will be deducted from your refund.
Have you received my return?
Once we receive your return, you will be notified via email. We advise to track the return suing the returns tracking number.
How long does a return take to process?
Once we receive your item back, it will be inspected within 24-48 working hours. You will be notified via email the outcome of your return. Once a return is processed it can take up to 10 working days for the funds to appear back in your account.
Can I return an item I purchased during the SALE for a refund?
No, as per our returns policy only full priced items can be returned for a refund. Any items purchased during the SALE are only eligible for an exchange or credit note.
I think my item is faulty, what can I do?
In the unlikely even you receive a faulty item. Please email the customer service team on support@siarr.co.uk with your order number and images of the fault.
