Our Shipping Policy for UK and International Orders
We offer free shipping on all UK orders over £100. For orders under £100, a flat rate shipping fee of £5 will be applied.
All UK Orders are Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 service. This service aims to deliver within 1-2 business days after dispatch. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 -48 working hours however during SALE periods please allow an extra 3-5 working days for your order to be dispatched.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all details are correct before checking out, we cannot take responsibility for any errors made by the customer. If items are undeliverable and returned to us, there will be a re delivery fee to send the item back out. If a customer chooses to leave their item in a ‘safe place’ and the item goes missing we cannot be held responsible, similarly in the unlikely event an item is wrongly delivered or goes missing an investigation will need to take place which can take up to 14 working days. Any issues with delivery will need to be reported to our customer service team within 14 days on support@siarr.co.uk, we cannot be held responsible for any issues reported to us outside the 14 day period.
All orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day. All orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday. Please note working days are Mon- Fri and exclude any bank holidays.
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24hr (this is Next Day delivery but not guaranteed next day). As we charge a standard fee of £5 for delivery there will be no compensation paid for orders not being received within the time frame. Please note during busy periods i.e Xmas deliveries can take longer than usual which is out of our control.
For all EU orders outside the UK we charge the following;
Europe Delivery: £12.99 flat rate. Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination country.

SIARR do not have any control over the duty and custom fees, the courier will contact you for any payments. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email, please ensure you check your junk/spam folder.
We ship worldwide! For all International orders outside the UK we charge the following;
Rest of the World : £17.99 flat rate. Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination country.

When will my order be delivered?
We try and despatch all items within 24 working hours, however during SALE and Holiday periods this time can vary. Once your item has been despatched delivery will take 1-2 working days. You will be notified via email regarding tracking details, please check your junk/spam folder.
Who will deliver my item?
All UK orders will be delivered by Royal Mail. EU and international orders will be shipped with either DPD, DHL or Royal Mail.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive all tracking information via email. Please check your junk/spam folder as the email may end up in there.
My item says delivered but I have not received it, what do I do?
We advise to firstly check the tracking of the item and the image on delivery. If you are certain, you or no one in your household has received the parcel please contact our customer service team on support@siarr.co.uk who will assist you further. Please note if a claim needs to be made this can take up to 30 days.
I received the wrong item/size, what shall I do?
In the unlikely event you receive the wrong item, please email the customer service team on support@siarr.co.uk. Include your order number and an image of the wrong item/size delivered.
Will I be charged VAT?
All prices are including UK VAT. If you are ordering from outside the UK you will be liable to pay custom fees which are not included in the price of our garments.
